- What kinds of ingredients do you use?
Our gourmet dog treats are made with all-natural, human grade ingredients and are hand-cut with care. As with many commercially produced dog treats, they not only contain ingredients many of us can't even pronounce, but they also contain unhealthy preservatives, by-products, artificial flavors and colorings. If we can’t pronounce it, we don’t use it.
- What kinds of Holiday dog treats will I receive with my membership?
Each month you’ll receive an entirely new and different variety of fresh-baked treats themed to match the holidays we celebrate. Here are some examples of our Holiday Themed Treats your dog is sure to enjoy!
- April – Who doesn’t love the Easter Bunny? Celebrate with Easter Beagle Bunnies, Extraordinary Eggs and Canine Carrots
- August – Your dog can celebrate summer with his/her own beach party, complete with Pink Flamingos, Sunshine Drops and Peanut Butter Flip Flops
- January – Bring in the New Year with Mutt-tini’s, Mutt-Grrr-itas and Canine Cigars
- How large is each monthly selection?
Depending on the monthly club you choose, this usually ranges from 6 to 31 individual cookies (or more).
- How are your treats packaged?
All of our treats are delivered in specialty packaging to prevent damage and to ensure fresh and safe delivery. You'll also receive our Anatomy of a Bone fact sheet with information regarding our monthly selections and discounted offers should you wish to re-order a specific treat.
- Can I choose the treats that I'll receive?
Part of the fun of each monthly shipment is the excitement of experiencing our latest selection for the first time. So, while you cannot specify in advance what cookies you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is themed around our human calendar.
- What if I don't like one of the cookies? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!
- How long are your memberships?
As long as you like! We offer pay as you go monthly auto renewable memberships. All memberships are billed monthly and continue until you tell us otherwise. We take the hassle out of remembering holidays and the ordering process.
- If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. Once you’ve completed your purchase you’ll have the option of sending a gift announcement.
- How do you ship your products?
We ship all memberships and gift packs to arrive by the 15th of every month. All shipments are sent by First Class U.S Mail and are shipped in protective packaging for safe arrival.
- Can you ship to PO boxes?
No, we can only ship to residential and business address.
- Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but due to the perishable nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the continental 48 United States.
